This dedicated self service alteration portal was created specifically to ensure the men and women of CBP's OFO have a safe and secure way of altering all of their uniforms.
CLASS 4 ALTERATION OUTLINE
All uniform tops will be altered to meet the agreed upon specifications outlined in Memorandum, dated Oct. 17th, 22
TELL US HOW MANY SHIRTS YOUR SENDING
Send a few or send them all at once!
SHIP US YOUR SHIRTS AND BADGE
YOU MUST INCLUDE A BADGE FOR EVERY SHIRT SENT IN. Don't worry we'll remove the velcro backer and sew it onto your shirt.
PRINT YOUR PREPAID LABELS
After checkout we'll email you a prepaid label. It is preferred that you place your order in a shipping bag and not a box.

Can I pick up/drop off my uniforms?
Yes. If you are in the South Florida Area. Our location is open Monday to Friday from 10AM-5PM

How long will it take to get my shirt?
Once the your order arrives in out facility it will be completed and reshipped within five business days.
Can I request additional customization?
Unfortunately not. FEDS Apparel is only able to alter the uniforms sent in to the specifications outlined in the diagram above.
Are you able to taper the sleeves?
Although it's in our capabilities FEDS Apparel will only add hook and loop.
